My name is Angelina Morla, and my story begins in Guayaquil, Ecuador. From a young age, I was drawn to the world of art and design. I would spend hours creating, decorating, and transforming the spaces around me. Even as a child, I instinctively knew that interior design would be my lifelong passion.
What captivated me most wasn’t just the beauty of design—it was its power to transform lives. The way a room could uplift someone’s mood, inspire motivation, or bring a smile to a client’s face by turning their vision into reality felt nothing short of magical. I realized early on that when you transform a space, you transform the energy within it—and ultimately, the lives of those who inhabit it. Colors influence emotions, furniture placement creates energy, and thoughtful design becomes a catalyst for joy and inspiration.
Over the years, I’ve dedicated myself to mastering my craft, continuously learning and evolving to stay ahead of trends while respecting the unique style and essence of each client. My commitment to excellence drove me to go beyond interior design and obtain my General Contractor’s license. This allows me to offer a seamless experience, guiding clients from the very foundation of a project to its final, polished details.

Architectural Collaboration
We are proud to collaborate independently with architect Germán Espitia. His expertise in architectural design, sustainable solutions, and innovative construction techniques, he brings a unique and valuable perspective to our projects.
German Espitia is a registered architect with over 25 years of expertise in architectural design and construction, spanning residential, multi-family, commercial, and institutional projects. He has led the design and execution of more than 100 projects, totaling over 3,000 dwelling units. With a strong focus on new construction, renovations, and rehabilitations, German seamlessly blends technical precision with creative vision.
His expertise extends beyond design, he conducts feasibility studies, legalizations, site evaluations, construction administration, ADA compliance reviews, and Aging in Place solutions across Florida.
His architectural journey began in Brooklyn, NY, where he joined a firm specializing in affordable housing for the New York City Housing Partnership Department and local developers. As a junior project manager, he meticulously reviewed blueprints, verified calculations, and ensured compliance before submission to municipal agencies.
In 2012, German advanced to Senior Architect at Santoriello Architects, where he took on large-scale projects, designing entire buildings from the ground up. He became known for his adaptability, crafting flexible designs that accommodated evolving client needs while meeting strict zoning, energy, and building codes. With deep expertise in green architecture, he developed projects that achieved varying levels of LEED accreditation, integrating sustainability into every phase of the design process.
Now based in Florida, German leads his own architectural practice, shaping distinctive residential and commercial spaces that prioritize innovation, sustainability, and efficiency. He collaborates with a network of engineers to deliver seamless project execution—from concept to fully-approved construction documents. With an in-depth understanding of Florida’s regulatory landscape, he expertly navigates local municipalities, ensuring smooth approvals and successful project completions.
