With years of hands-on experience in interior design and construction, Angelina expanded her expertise by obtaining her General Contractor’s license, allowing her to oversee projects from initial planning through final execution. A-9 Remodeling & Design collaborates independently with architect Germán Espitia, a registered architect with over 25 years of experience in residential, multi-family, and commercial projects. His expertise in architectural design, feasibility studies, and regulatory compliance adds depth and precision to select projects requiring advanced architectural coordination.
This collaboration allows us to offer a comprehensive design and build approach for new construction, renovations, ADUs, and investment properties, ensuring projects are thoughtfully designed, technically sound, and efficiently approved by local authorities.
