 Independent review of an existing renovation proposal, scope or material plan before the client signs. 

5. Personal Shopping for Renovations $125 per hour — 2-hour minimum

 Personalized assistance selecting tile, flooring, lighting, fixtures, countertops, hardware and finishes.

 These consultations provide general planning and investment ranges when appropriate, not binding subcontractor bids or final construction proposals. 

 Remodeling services may be discussed separately based on project scope, availability and location. 

 Consultation fees reserve professional time and are non-refundable. Rescheduling is available with at least 24 hours’ notice.
